I told you I'd do more of these!
I did this one ages ago (literally, it was months ago) and I just never got round to uploading it. I was having a hard time choosing between the scanned version and the photo version (and I don't even know which one this is, it's been that long).
I can't tell you what type of tea I used for his skin because I can't remember (I think it might have been Darjeeling?), but I like the colour it produced. Autocorrect made it go a little bit dodgy this time (I had to do some fiddling myself), so this is the best I could do. It's not too bad, though, right?
I can't apologise enough for the awful proportions in this. I know his arm is far, far too short, but it's very hard to do proper proportions when you don't do any sort of prior plan drawing and just slap some tea and watercolour on some paper (not trying to sound overly-defensive in the slightest). Ah, well. The proportions should be better with Bolin's (yes, I am planning to do at least one more of these).
I really like working in this style - there's a lot of freedom to it. Hopefully you guys like looking at what I produce. Expect more in the future!
Leave a comment letting me know what you guys think of this - I appreciate comments a lot.
(Sorry for the long description, by the way)
